Share files using Link in Google Drive

Hello Friends, I am going to share my experience on Sharing files & folders in Google Drive to anyone using a Link. Generally, you want to share your file through any files and folders through online. You need specific server or third-party platform. By this feature, Google Drive provides you to make your files accessible from a single person to worldwide. Having worldwide access to your data ease you & your company’s task. Instead of trying to keep track of a laptop or flash drive, all your information is stored to a cloud server.

You can share a Link to other people so that anyone with the Link can use it. Your name will be visible as the owner of file when you share the link of your files/folders.

Steps to generate & share link of file/folder are:

  • Open your Google Drive.
  • Select the file/folder you want to share. A dialog box will appear.

  • Click on Copy Link before the generated link.
